Every plan has the whole service book: the logbook, reminders, contractor work sheets, photos and documents. The plans differ in how many properties and people fit in, and whether the PDF dossier is included.

When you sell, the whole history goes to the buyer — nothing is lost.
The property dossier
A PDF of the property’s documented history — for a sale, a bank or an insurer. It is included in every paid plan. On the free plan you can buy it once for a given property for 2 990 Ft; the purchase stays with your account, even without a subscription.
How payment works
You subscribe on our website, after signing in, under Settings. Payment is by card through Barion Payment Zrt., a licensed payment institution — we never see your card details.
Billed monthly; the subscription renews at the start of every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings: the plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and nothing further is charged.
The price shown is the full amount you pay. You receive an electronic invoice by email for every payment. The service starts immediately after payment.
Ending a subscription never deletes your data — above the free plan’s limit you simply cannot add new properties.

Common questions
Do I need a card now?
No. During the pilot everything is free and we do not ask for a card. Accounts created during the pilot stay free for one year after it ends, and we tell you by email before it does.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Above the free plan’s limit you simply cannot add new properties; everything you recorded stays, and you can export the dossier and the cost CSV at any time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, in Settings. The plan stays active until the end of the paid month, and nothing further is charged.
Do contractors pay?
No. Registering, sending work sheets and quotes, and the public reference page are free for contractors.
And estate agents?
Agents use the same plans. A home you hand over as a mandate moves to the seller’s account when they accept it, so it does not take up a place in yours.
Can I buy in the app?
No — subscriptions are bought on the website, after signing in, under Settings. The app shows what you have.
